VDOT considering adding fee to EZ-Pass...
I have no hard evidence to back this up but I feel that a good percentage of Southbankers take advantage of the EZ-Pass system since we are nearly surrounded by tolls. A stray cat was found in the 5000 block of Devonshire Road. He’s a extremely friendly young orange male with a fluffy tail. He did not have any tags or collar.
