Earthday 5k Race Without a Trace registration now open

The annual Manchester Earthday Festival on April 21st has added a 5k to the festivities. To run/jog/walk in the 5k will cost $30 a portion of which will go to the Enrichmond Foundation in implementing significant environmental improvements in our neighborhoods and open spaces. This includes but is not limited to: creek bed/bank restoration and clean up along the Manchester Canal, replacing dying or storm damaged trees in our urban neighborhoods, reforestation in parks like W.Byrd Park, Battery Park, Broad Rock Park, Meadow Park, and assisting in storm water mitigation efforts at Plant Zero and community gardens throughout the City. Deadline to register online is April 18th and the race is limited to 200 folks.
